Slogging away on the CPH continues. The rough yarn is really doing a number on my hands, and I'm only 7.5" into the sleeves. I've modified the pattern to increase on the RS, and am using a kf&b increase. Nothing fancy, just trying to get 'er done.
I'm also dreaming about casting on my scarf-sized Gothic Leaf. I'll be knitting it in Claudia Hand Painted fingering colorway Navy Olive.
I won't start knitting until Carolyn gets her yarn, too. She's agreed to knit the pattern with me, so we're having our own wee Gothic Leaf KAL. Anyone else care to join us?

OOOOOh, that Claudia Handpaint looks yummy. What a great choice. Can't wait for my yarn to get here so we can get started.
Oh, that gothic leaf is awesome. Don't tempt me. I'm still trying to catch up to you with my CPH!
now that is a woman possessed.
I'm working on the gothic leaf scarf as well, but v-e-r-y slowly, between inumerable baby things.
you're catching up to me--I haven't touched my CPH since Wed., and that "other Marie" is gaining fast! Hmmm--pack for France, or work on CPH? What a conundrum!
Lookin' good! Maybe you need a fresh supply of band-aids for your poor fingers? Now I have to go find the pattern for the Gothic Leaf scarf. There's undoubtedly some yarn for it in the monster stash, lol!
So close! Hope you hands hold out.
What's gothic leaf?
Ahhh, it's coming along! I can well imagine that the yarn isn't too soft on your hands, but hey, in the end it'll be worth all the hassles!
And yummy, what a gorgeous yarn you have there - beautiful!
Ha! Madge..you are sooo funny! When I read your title, "green sleeves" I immediately thought of this tune: http://www.heavenlyharpist.com/mp3/greensleeves.mp3
Alas, your green sleeves will not be forgotten!
Love the navy and olive. I don't dare to KAL on that scarf. I'm up to my eyeballs in KAL's and such and really poking along as a knitter these days.
I am looking forward to a finished CPH. Mmmmm....
You're CPH is almost done!!! I don't think I've seen the Gothic Leaf...and I don't dare look for it as I may be tempted to start yet another project when I have so many unfinished ones. That Claudia Handpainted is a gorgeous color!
